Forty-one of the 57 markets in this directory open on a Saturday. That makes Saturday the busiest market day in Dallas-Fort Worth, and in most parts of the Metroplex there is one within a short drive. Nearly all of them are morning markets. Two are night markets.
Below is every Saturday market with published hours, grouped by opening time so you can plan a route. Open on Saturday does not mean open every Saturday. About a dozen of these run on a first-and-third or second-and-fourth schedule, and many close for part of the year. Cadence notes follow the lists.

## Not every Saturday
Several of the markets above run on a set Saturday rather than weekly. Azle and Lake Worth are first and third Saturdays. Cedar Hill, Kaufman County, Lucas and Saginaw are second and fourth. Four Seasons Market at Castle Hills is the first Saturday. Sachse is the second Saturday. Downtown Forney is the second Saturday and splits its year into a spring block and a fall block with no summer dates.
Three more markets have a Saturday cadence but no published hours in our data, so they are not in the lists above. Duncan Switch Street Market in Duncanville and Marketplace on the Square in Garland both run on the third Saturday. The Urban Market in Garland shifts format through its season, including a summer evening market. Check each market's own page or site for times.
## Worth verifying before you drive
Our data flags a few of these as uncertain rather than settled, and we would rather say so than smooth it over. Colleyville has no confirmed dated calendar entry, and a separate market with a similar name at a different address is closed, which causes real confusion. Watauga's general schedule is repeated by secondary sources but has no first-hand confirmation. Richardson's hours are reported as both 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM depending on the source. Funky Foundry Market's day of week is listed as Saturday by some sources and Thursday by others.
