Eleven of the 57 markets in this directory open on Sunday. That is a small fraction of the 41 that open on Saturday, but it is enough that a Sunday market run is realistic almost anywhere in the Metroplex, and Sunday markets tend to start later and stay open longer than Saturday ones.

## One more Sunday market, without confirmed hours
Fort Worth Community Market runs on the second Sunday of the month, year-round, but we have no published opening and closing times for it and its own domain is a placeholder page rather than a working site. If you want to go, look for its current listing on an events platform or its social page rather than trusting a time you find on an aggregator. We are not going to publish an hour we cannot source.
## What the Sunday list actually tells you
Six of the eleven are open on Saturday as well: Dallas Farmers Market, The Stockyards Farmers Market (artisan), Frisco Fresh Market, Farmers Market at Firewheel, Farmers Market of Grapevine and Wylie Urban Farm & Market. If your weekend plans move around, those are the safe bets, though note that The Stockyards Farmers Market keeps different hours on each day, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. Showing up Sunday morning at the Saturday time is the easiest mistake to make here.
The other five are Sunday only. Carrollton Artisans Market, Crowley Market on Main, Fair Park, Tietze Park and Four Seasons Market at Flower Mound do not appear on the Saturday list at all.
Start times skew later. Only Carrollton, Fair Park, Tietze Park, Flower Mound and Grapevine open at 9:00 AM. Nothing on the Sunday list opens at 8:00 AM, which is the single most common Saturday opening time across the region. Closing times skew later too. Six of the eleven are still open at 3:00 PM, and Grapevine runs to 6:00 PM. If mornings are not yours, Sunday is the friendlier day.
Geographically the Sunday list is thin in a few directions. Dallas has three, Fort Worth has one, and the northern suburbs are covered by Frisco, Flower Mound, Carrollton, Garland and Wylie. There is no Sunday market in this directory in Arlington, Plano, McKinney, Denton, Richardson or Coppell. If you live in one of those, Saturday is your day.
## Seasons matter as much as days
Six of the eleven are open in every month: Carrollton Artisans Market, Dallas Farmers Market, The Stockyards Farmers Market (artisan), Frisco Fresh Market, Farmers Market of Grapevine and Wylie Urban Farm & Market. The rest have real seasons. Crowley runs March through October. Firewheel is a summer market only, roughly mid May through the end of August. Fair Park runs most of the year but closes during the State Fair, which takes out several weeks in the fall. Tietze Park is the unusual one, a fall market that starts in late September and runs into late December.
That means a Sunday in July and a Sunday in February give you very different lists. In the coldest part of the year the Sunday options narrow to the year-round markets.
